  • Article 5(2)(ç): “It is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.”

3.1 Your Visit to Our Site

When you visit our site, our server receives your IP address, technical information about your browser and device, the address of the page you open and the time of your visit. We use this information to show the site to you and to protect it against attacks and excessive load. Legal basis: KVKK Article 5(2)(f). We explain the bot check on the public login pages of the admin panels in Section 5 of the "Cookie Policy".

3.2 Error Reports

When an error occurs on the server, we send the error tracking service provider a report containing the error type, your browser information and the page address, in order to detect and fix errors. Legal basis: KVKK Article 5(2)(f).

3.3 Your Document Requests and E-mails

The document buttons on the Quality page, if your device has an e-mail application, prepare an e-mail addressed to diper@diper.com.tr with the document's name in the subject line; sending it is up to you. These e-mails, and other e-mails you send to the e-mail address on our site, reach DİPER's e-mail inbox directly; they do not pass through our site and are not stored on our site. We use your e-mail address and the information in your message to assess your request and to send you the documents. Legal basis: KVKK Article 5(2)(f).

3.4 Your KVKK Applications

To respond to your application and to document the response, we record your name, your Turkish identity number (for foreigners, your nationality and passport or identity number), your signature, your e-mail and postal addresses, the details of your request, the documents you attach and our notes on your application. Legal basis: KVKK Article 5(2)(ç).

3.5 Visit Statistics

If you give your consent, we use a visit statistics (analytics) service to measure how often our pages are visited and where visitors come from. You can give your explicit consent with the "Accept" button, or by turning on the "Analytics Cookies" option in the panel that the "Manage Cookies" button opens and clicking the "Save Preferences" button. Legal basis: KVKK Article 5(1). If you do not give your consent, the service is not started and no information is sent to any service provider for this purpose.

After your consent, the tag management and statistics codes loaded into your browser send the following information to their providers: the identifier that distinguishes your browser from those of other visitors and is recorded in cookies; the addresses of the pages you open and of the previous page you came from; your actions, such as reaching the end of a page or clicking a link that leads to another site or downloads a file; your browser, operating system and device information; your IP address. The statistics service provider determines your approximate location (country, region and city) from your IP address.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: click the "Cookie Preferences" text at the very bottom of our pages, then the "Reject" or "Necessary Only" button. The statistics cookies are deleted from your browser, and the service is not started unless you give your consent again. Withdrawing your consent does not delete the information already sent to the providers.

4. Method of Collection

We collect site data and visit statistics by fully automated means, e-mails by partly automated means, and applications sent by letter or delivered by hand by non-automated means.
