Melting of the inner fats of cattle yields tallow which is the most important raw material in soap-making. As a source of stearine, it is also used in making candles.
Tallow Fatty Acid SST
When glycerine and fatty acids are obtained as the first stage in the splitting of tallow under high temperature and pressure, one gets a mixture of tallow fatty acids after the removal of the glycerine. This product is especially used in the mineral oil industry as a component of grease. Metal-plating, textiles, detergents and construction chemicals are areas in which this product is also used.
Distilled Tallow Fatty Acid SST
As the second stage, the material remaining after glycerine removal is distilled under suitable conditions according to the needs of various end-users to yield high-purity distilled tallow fatty acids. Due to its very light color and high-purity, this product is used in the mineral oil industry in producing white lithium grease. As in the case of Tallow Fatty Acid, its distilled version is also an input in metal-plating, textiles, detergents and construction chemicals.Donyağı, hayvanî içyağların eritilmesi ile elde edilir. Surfactants are chemical compounds which when dissolved in water or in aqueous solutions affect -generally decrease- surface tension. Surface active agents possess detergent, lubricative, wetting, antistatic and microbial properties.
From a base of refined glycerine and distilled tallow fatty acids production, DİPER has extended its R&D activities to surfactants that enjoy very wide application and which are basicly obtained from these products. Within a relatively short period of time, we have become one of the prominent companies in the amphoteric and cationic surface active agents markets.
Betaine (CocoamidopropylBetaine) (35% and 45%)
Beta-Perin 350 and Beta-Perin 450
Beta-Perin is an amphoteric surface active agent having strong cleansing properties. Furthermore, due to its foam-making property, it finds wide use primarily in the production of shampoos, soap bars, liquid detergents, shower gels, bath foams and many other personal care products. It is suitable for sensitive skin. Because it lessens irritating effects, it can be used in baby-care products and in special dermatological productions. It is compatible with other anionic, cationic and nonionic substances.
Amine Oxides
Dipsurfac AOX-300 (Cocoamidopropylamine Oxide) (30%)
Dipsurfac AOX-300 is another amphoteric surface active agent. It is used to impart consistency and foaming ability to many products such as liquid soaps, liquid detergents, shower gels, bath foams and bathtub cleaners. Although it has common application areas with Betaine, it is preferred over Betaine due to its less irritative properties.

Dibasoft T-22
Dibasoft T-22 is a cationic surface active agent containing high percentage of active matter. It is obtained by quaternization of the reaction between animal fats and/or fatty acids with amine derivarives. Due to its high solubility, it is used in fabric softeners, and in detergent and textile industries.
Dibasoft B500
Dibasoft B500 is a cationic surface active agent containing high percentage of active matter. It is obtained by quaternization of the reaction between vegetable oils and/or fatty acids with amine derivatives. Due to its high solubility, it is used in fabric softeners, and in detergent and textile industries .
MEG (Monoethylene Glycol)
MEG is a colorless, odorless, hygroscopic liquid organic compound. It is used in the production of polyester (PET), as antifreeze in vehicles, in industrial systems, in snow melting systems and in the production of explosives.
Biosolvent
Mixtures of saturated and unsaturated fatty acid esters of vegetable origin consisting of myristic, palmitic, stearic,oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids are used in foundry industry in coldbox resin production and in various industries as mould release agent.
