We are the first paper and paperboard chemicals producer in Turkey. We serve the paper and board industry by closely following up their changing needs and by supplying them with chemicals produced and developed and produced by ourselves.

We have adopted the approach where we do not compromise product quality with technical support which ensures the most efficient use of the product by the customer. We have not only helped to reduce the imports of paper chemicals but have also established for our company a prominent place in our field.

Initially being established in Bornova, İzmir in 1975, we moved to our new plant at Kemalpaşa, İzmir in 1982. Following our success in paper industry, we have entered into the oleochemicals field through a substantial investment in 2005. Thus, we now produce technical and pharmaceutical glycerine; fatty acids (from sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, palm oil and tallow); acid oils and neutral oils; betaine (35-45%), and esterquat. Furthermore, industrial biosolvents and distilled tallow fatty acids, and some waste water treatment chemicals are also produced by DIPER . Our biodiesel venture in 2005 was prompted by the decision of the European Union to promote the use of biodiesel as a renewable energy source. This particular investment was, at that time, one of the most advanced facilities in its sector in Turkey.
